French Dip Sandwiches

A very easy recipe to help get you through the holidays.

• 1 lb. Freshly sliced deli roast beef
• 1 Red onion sliced
• 1 jar fresh horseradish
• 1 package Knorr (or your preferred) Au Jus
• Soy Sauce
• 8 Clasen's Kaiser Rolls (sesame, poppyseed or plain) or a couple of our Classic French Baguettes

Lightly sauté onion in a pan. Add a few dashes of soy sauce, to taste.

Add Roast Beef and heat up slightly.

Cook Au Jus (according to packet) in a separate pan.

Place onions, Roast Beef and a little Horseradish on a Kaiser Roll.

Put Au Jus in a small dish to dip your sandwich in.
