Our free-formed Artisan Sourdough undergoes a slow-rise process taking 24 hours from start to finish. This enhances the flavor giving the loaves a tangy sourdough bite. Baked in our old-style hearth oven the loaf comes out with a golden blistered crust and a tender open crumb.
