Prinzregententorte, is named after Prince Regent Luitpold, who was Prince Regent of Bavaria beginning in 1886. Who the original creators of this torte were, remains in dispute. But we can tell you without a doubt it is delicious!
Six layers of our rich yellow cake interlaid with chocolate hazelnut buttercream and covered in dark chocolate ganache. Finished with golden hazelnuts and chocolate curls. Small (7") serves 8
This torte is refrigerated. please store it in your refrigerator. For serving please allow it to come to room temperature for the best flavor. We recommend 1-1.5 hours for a small depending on how warm your room is.
