Classic Egg Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 1 loaf of Clasen’s wonderful white bread
- 12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and finely grated
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill pickle
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Place the grated eggs in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise, mustard, chopped dill pickle, salt, and pepper.
- Using the back of a fork, gently mash and mix until smooth and evenly combined.
- Lay out slices of Clasen’s white bread and generously spread the egg salad over half of them.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread to form sandwiches.
- Trim the crusts if desired, then cut each sandwich into quarters. Serve and enjoy.
