Sausage and Peppers Hoagie
Ingredients
Clasen’s Brat Buns or Kaiser Buns
6 Italian Sausages; Hot, Sweet or both
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Onion
2 Garlic Cloves Minced
1T. Italian Seasoning
1 Cup Marinara Sauce
Olive Oil
Let's Cook!
1. Slice the Onion, and Peppers into even sized strips.
2. Brown the sausages in a large pan until they have nice color. Remove from the pan.
3. Add the oil to the same pan, cook the Onions and Peppers until soft. Scraping the bottom of
the pan. About 10 Mins. While these are cooking you can slice the sausages into ½ inch slices.
4. Add the Minced Garlic and Italian Seasoning to the Pepper and Onion mixture. Cook for2
mins until fragrant.
5. Add the Marinara Sauce and Sliced Sausages to the pan. Cook for about 5-10mins.
6. Serve on a Sliced Clasen bun of your Choice!
