Stoneground wheat is enhanced with a soaker made from cracked wheat and wheat berries which gives our Artisan Wheat bread its distinctive flavor. This free-formed loaf undergoes a slow-rise process that takes 24 hours from start to finish which enhances its flavor and gives it a tangy sourdough bite. Baked in our old-style hearth oven to create a crispy blistered crust and tender open crumb.
